At Manpravah, we are committed to providing the highest quality mental health services. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, our refund policy is as follows:

• Consultation Fees: Once a consultation session is conducted, the fee is non-refundable.

• Advance Booking: If you have booked a session in advance and wish to cancel, please refer to our Cancellation Policy below for refund eligibility.

• Package Services: For therapy packages, a partial refund may be considered only if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the first session and no more than one session has been utilized.

Note: In exceptional cases (such as unavoidable medical emergencies, relocation, or therapist-recommended discontinuation), refunds may be considered even after the above timeframe, subject to management approval.

All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

We understand that schedules may change. To respect the time of our therapists and other clients, please take note of our cancellation policy:

• Session Cancellations: You must inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be considered as a no-show, and the session will be chargeable.

• Workshops & Events: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.

• Package Services: Cancellation of a therapy package must be requested within 48 hours of the first session. After this period, the full package fee is non-refundable.
