After covid mental health disorder has increased in India. Reports has shown the worsening of mental health in all age group. Mental health means disturbance in way of thinking and managing the thoughts. Mental health is global concern but due to stigma about its people avoid taking treatment for it.

Though mental problem is not given that much importance. The problem with mental health issue is not taken consider because it is not visible. Other physical issue shows up on body but overthinking is always taken lightly. It is not visible but haunts you inside your mind and affect your work, relationship and also your physical health.

The above example shows that mental health is not some think to take granted for. It is not visible but its like virus which affect your life. Every aspect of life, including school or work performance, relationships with family and friends, and participation in society, can be significantly impacted by mental health issues.

Without treatment, mental illness has devastating effects on both the affected person and society as a whole. Untreated mental health disorders can lead to poor quality of life, unwanted impairment, unemployment, substance misuse, homelessness, and improper incarceration.
